The room was spacious with a comfortable bed. I liked that it had a fridge, we could store drinks. Breakfast had a lot of variety. There were many choices for food. I appreciated the availability of coffee and tea (very important!).
The absence of English tv channels was slightly inconvenient.

The hotel provides an excellent spa area, including a sauna for relaxation. They have taxis available at reasonable prices for convenient transportation. The pool is large and clean, ensuring all guests can enjoy it.

The hotel provides a shuttle service to the beach. You can also use sun loungers at the beach for free. It is a great benefit, because the beach is very nice and comfortable (I can confirm that!).

Our suite was super nice. Breakfast included a wide range of food. I liked that the hotel had a pool. The staff was friendly and helpful to us. We stayed a few nights.
The location is a little bit far from attractions, but the hotel offers a cab service.

Staff ensures cleanliness daily. They provide information, though a taxi is required for distant travel. The spa delivers experiences, massage from Berna is very skillful, and Tuba gave us great service.

The room had everything necessary for a stay. Air conditioning worked well. The bed was super comfortable for us. Room service were very helpful, delivering food that was delicious.

i found the hotel to be modern with a well maintained exterior. the staff were helpful when i needed something. i especially enjoyed having quick access to nearby shops. the hotel car service made getting around simple.
The breakfast buffet needed more variety . I missed fresh options.

An OK stay, but some issues
perfect temperaturehigh minibar pricesunchanged bed sheets
The pool had a perfect temperature, which my kids liked because they swam every day.
Housekeeping did not change our bed sheets . I found this rather gross. The minibar prices were ridiculously high. I paid 4 € for a can of Fanta. A local supermarket had much better prices.
